“What the fuck was she doing playing the block at this time any fucking way?” I heard Naveah’s voice as I came to. I didn’t even want to open my eyes. My body was still in so much pain. Peeking with one eye, I noticed that I was now in my bedroom, and the sun was creeping though my blinds.

“The hell if I know, that’s y’all girl. I had just pulled up when I saw a group of bitches jumping on someone. I pulled out my strap and scared them off. Imagine my surprise when I see her laid out on the fucking ground. Forreal, Naveah, y’all need to pack this shit up. She could’ve been fucking killed tonight!” I heard KD bark.

“Aye nigga, calm down.” That was Splizz, and I smiled inside at him coming to his crush’s defense.

“Yeah, you better tell him because I ain’t nan one of them scary bitches that ran away. I will fuck his ass up in here.”

“Alright y’all, that’s enough. I need to know why Sember went against a rule that we agreed to. We can argue and shit later. Right now, that’s our girl laid up in there bandaged up,” Serayah spoke in a calm tone. I knew she was pissed. Apart of me wanted to get up and defend myself, but then again what could I defend? They were right, I did go against the rule, and this is where it got me. “Von, can y’all leave for a few and come back, please?”

I didn’t hear a response, which meant he was just as pissed as everyone else. Only, in his head this was adding to the list of reasons he didn’t want us in the game either.

“Nah, we ain’t going nowhere. Y’all can go have y’all little meeting. We’ll be right out here when y’all done,” KD’s annoying ass said, making me sigh.

“Whatever. You get on my damn nerves, sometimes,” Serayah said. My bedroom door opened, and I shut my eyes tight. “You ain’t sleep, Sember. Vae, turn the TV on and turn it up please.” Once the TV was on, Naveah cut into my ass before Serayah could.

“That’s what we doing now? We making moves without each other? You know that’s some real sneaky snake shit, right.” I was offended by her choice of words. Snake shit would imply that I was making moves and cutting them out of the profit which was not the case.

“Look, I know I was wrong, but don’t ever in your life put me and the word snake in the same sentence. I am far from that. Every dime I make goes into the pot for split.”

“That’s not the point, Sember!” Serayah barked. “You could’ve gotten yourself fucking killed out there. How long you been making moves by yourself, huh? You know them bitches could’ve been watching you the whole damn time. Come on, you smarter than that.”

“Clearly, she’s not!” Naveah snapped.

“Vae, shut up!” I hollered and winced at the same time. “Fuck!”
